"But I liked the old cardboard scratching post."
Stinkyboy has decided that the shiny new cardboard scratching board that I bought him is not nearly as wonderful as the old cardboard scratching board that I put into the recycling bin two days ago. Thus, Stinkyboy is now living inside the recycling bin. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Exhibit A:

LOL, how funny! :)
Cats are such fiends. My Sapphire (I didn't know tortoiseshell cats are made almost entirely of attitude before I got her, but I sure do now) will walk past three high-class and expensive cat beds to sleep on my husband's pillow. Her favorite toy is my crochet hook, as I'm crocheting, and the more litter she can fling on the floor, the better.
Good thing they're cute, cats, or they'd be in trouble.
Cats are ridiculous. I'm so glad they let us think we domesticated them. :)
He will never stop being cute :-)
Thanks for sharing, and have a lovely day! :-)
These pics always want me to pick Stinkyboy (or Buddy) up and give him a good snorgling. Yes, it will result in me running around with a furry Facehugger strapped to my head, but it's worth it.
You can imagine what life is like for my cats. As long as they get spoiled, though, they at least pretend to love Mommy.
Heather: I know what you mean about the crochet hook. My cats love to attack Mommy's yarn while I knit. At least I stopped using straight needles a long time ago; back in the day, they couldn't resist the magical bobbing stick-toys wiggling through the air.
S.E.,
I knit too, but I am SO slow my cat isn't interested. My sister just got two kittens, though, and THEY love my needles. And the yarn. I get very little done at her house any more!
Too funny - and I understand completely. Three cats (Jordy, Tasmyn, and Squeaky), two dogs (Jesse and James) - welcome to the zoo. My cat with the attitude (well, that's all cats, but I think she definied the word - well, she thinks she defined the word) decided that the beds we bought for the dogs were just perfect for her. Yes, she sleeps in the large, comfy dog beds. What's a dog to do? Not a thing, because Tasmyn (Taz, for short) has an attitude and rules the roost.
That cat is nutty.
AWWWWW! He looks so sullen. Somewhere way back in evolution, cats perfected the art of the Sullen Look.
Just like a kid -- playing with the cardboard box instead of the toy!
