Part of Sarah Palin's appeal is that she looks familiar. She has one of those faces. She looks like somebody you know, either in real life or from television.
The first time I saw her, I thought surely McCain had to be a Battlestar Galactica fan, since Palin looks so much like Laura Roslin. Even their names are similar: Sa~rah/Lau~ra Pa~lin/Ros~lin.

I howled when Tina Fey said that line. She is so spot on!
This...is brilliant. Nuff said.
Tina Fey rocks beyond belief... LOVED that skit on Saturday.
Also today I realized that Sarah Palin also looks a lot like Peggy Hill...
Here's a side by side comparison picture.
Sadly, the funniest parts were taken verbatim from the real interview.
How scary is that?
I needed that laugh. Thanks so much for posting this.
Outside of this skit being funny, Tina Fey looks just like Palin.
Priceless. Tina's cuter than Sarah too.

Oh geez, I could hear the cartoon sound effect when "Katie" blinked. That wonderful sense of complete and utter "huh??"
