The two best things salvaged from two of the absolute worst movies I've ever seen.

In lieu of actual content, you get these two music videos. (Now these songs will be stuck in your head all weekend, just like they've been stuck in mine for the past 48 hours.)

This is Not America by David Bowie, with the Pat Metheny Group
(from the soundtrack to The Falcon and the Snowman)

Bring Me to Life by Evanesence, with Paul McCoy
(from the soundtrack to Daredevil)

David Bowie! :D I like his 70s stuff better, but "This is Not America" is definitely a good song.

And I love that Evanescence video! I remember watching it over and over the summer it came out, lol.

Some really bad movies do have decent soundtracks, don't they?

Although I can't watch youtube right now (at my university at the mo) I can be thankful I have both songs on the iPod.

As for other "bad movies, decent songs"... the Eragon movie has the one Avril Lavigne song I liked. When I first heard "Keep Holding On" I thought that if the rest of her new album was like that, I just might get it.

And then I heard that "Girlfriend" song. "Hey hey, you you, I sure as anything am not buying your album."

I have always suspected that "Bring Me to Life" is sung from the perspective of a golem.

"Breathe into me and make me real /
Bring me to life"
