Adventures in query disasters...

Via Fire Drill, I found this hilarious post by one of agent Jenny Rappaport's interns documenting what can only be called a query disaster.

People? Don't do this. Just don't. M'kay?

I think one of the most important aspects is the all caps factor. The voice in the query sounds belligerent, and no one wants to work with someone like that.

I didn't realize that was a sub-genre. Much of my own writing is now explained. j/k
