Hi Colleen! I follow you on Twitter and need to ask you a very important question. I have a MAJOR current events story (think stem cells), plus a mystery YA story that's complete at 75,000 words. What is the best way to land agent representation for such a significant, one-of-a-kind story? I've queried a handful of agents thus far using - "major current events story" in the subject line, but I've heard back from a only a few. Is this an effective way of drawing said agents attention? Again this is a HUGE project and time is of the essence. Thanks for any help you may provide. Tory Minus www.toryminus.blogspot.com or toryminus@yahoo.com

Love it! (Did the principal read the sign? - I'm asking as a principal's wife.)
LOL. Great big laughs. Thanks!
I love your blog lots of useful information. I've added it to my favorite bookmarks and subscribed in a reader.
All these issues are important, and that's why I just started blogging a while ago and it feels great.
Kind Regards
